Annual Subscription Terms and Conditions


1. Membership and Subscription

  • The WeTel ESG Consortium (“Consortium”) annual membership is available to corporate entities and organizations seeking to enhance their Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) performance and compliance.
  • The annual subscription fee for membership is USD 25,000, payable in advance upon signing the membership agreement.
  • Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of payment confirmation.

2. Services Included

Upon activation of membership, the subscribing organization (“Member”) will be entitled to the following services:

  • Annual ESG compliance audit.
  • ESG reporting preparation and publication support.
  • ESG carbon footprint analysis and offset strategy development.
  • Participation in WeTel-organized ESG initiatives.
  • Complimentary access to seminars, workshops, and training events throughout the year.
  • Recognition and branding benefits as an official Consortium member.
  • Continuous advisory support on ESG compliance and sustainability practices.

3. Payment Terms

  • The full subscription fee must be paid in advance via bank transfer or other approved payment methods.
  • All payments are non-refundable, except where explicitly stated by WeTel in writing.

4. Service Delivery and Participation

  • Members are responsible for providing timely and accurate data, documentation, and access required for audits, reports, and assessments.
  • Participation in ESG initiatives and events is subject to event schedules and availability. WeTel will make reasonable efforts to accommodate member preferences and priorities.
  • WeTel reserves the right to modify event dates, formats, or content as necessary to comply with regulatory or logistical requirements.

5. Member Responsibilities

  • Members agree to actively engage and cooperate in all activities, assessments, and improvement processes.
  • Members are responsible for complying with all applicable local, regional, and international laws and regulations related to ESG compliance and reporting.
  • Members are responsible for any additional costs incurred for travel, accommodation, or third-party services not explicitly included in the annual membership.

6. Confidentiality

  • All data and information shared by the Member will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • WeTel ESG Consortium and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of services or participation in Consortium activities.
  • The Consortium does not provide insurance coverage of any kind for Members or their representatives.
  • Members are solely responsible for ensuring their internal risk management and insurance arrangements.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All training materials, tools, and resources provided by WeTel ESG Consortium remain the intellectual property of WeTel World.
  • Members may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any materials without prior written consent from WeTel.

9. Termination

  • WeTel ESG Consortium reserves the right to terminate membership in cases of non-compliance with these terms, unethical conduct, or actions that may harm the reputation of the Consortium or other members.
  • In the event of termination, the membership fee is non-refundable.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  • Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

11. Amendments

  • WeTel ESG Consortium reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at its discretion. Updated terms will be communicated to Members in advance.

Acknowledgment

By subscribing to the WeTel ESG Consortium, the Member acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions, and commits to upholding the values and objectives of the Consortium.
